Tuscana Reviews
We were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The lodge
was kept extensively clean, and the rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The
little extras made it that little bit more special; attention to detail is superb.
The lodge was within walking distance of some lovely restaurants and take-always,
and the hosts are only too happy to provide recommendations. We were sorry to leave.
If you are visiting Christchurch you would go a long way to find such good value
for money.
My wife and I enjoyed very much our stay at the Tuscana Motor Lodge. The hotel was
clean, well maintained, comfortable, and priced very reasonably. We had a one-bedroom
spa (bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and spa bath) that gave us plenty of room.
Again, the price was exceptionally reasonable. The staff was super friendly too.
Also, it was in a good location. We walked the 15 to 20 minutes to Victoria and
Cathedral Squares. Add on a few more minutes to the botanic gardens. Plus, there
were numerous nice eateries within an even shorter walking distance. There is no
doubt that when we're in Christchurch again we'll stay here.
We were impressed with the very friendly and supportive managers who went out of
their way to ensure that our stay was successful. Everyone found the units clean,
well appointed and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, a short walk to
the centre of the city. Thank you for being so welcoming and helpful - everyone
was very appreciative and enjoyed their stay. We would all highly recommend the
accommodation at this lodge.
