On checking in we were thrilled to find out that we had been given a free upgrade to a suite! The suite was gorgeous with breathtaking views of the Remarkables. The hotel ticks all the boxes. The hot tubs are lovely after a long day exploring and these also have spectacular views. The hotel is a short walk to the town centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The St. Moritz is well located a few minutes walk (up hill) from the centre of Queenstown. The view from the lake rooms is breathtaking and well worth paying extra for. We had booked for three nights but due to bad weather had to return after checking out to stay for an additional night. The hotel could not have been more helpful, providing us with our old room back and ensuring that they matched the best rate we had paid for the rest of our stay. The restaurant food is good quality, although service can be a little slow. The bar area is lovely for sitting and relaxing, looking out over the beautiful lake and mountains. The rooms were clean and well kept, definitely worth the 4* rating. We had been recommended this hotel by friends and would certainly recommend it to others.

Excellent hotel with great location. Walking distance to town. The rooms are on the large side. As long as you stay on the higher floors you will get a view of the lake. The rooms are well equipped with large screen TV, ever so comfy beds. Very quiet, quality hotel. Car parking was $NZ 10 a day. Would certainly love to stay here again.
