Package Holiday Sales

Payment Policy
To secure your Ski New Zealand holiday we require a 10% deposit with the balance payable in full no later
than 35 days prior to your first night's stay. If your holiday commences within the next
35 days, then payment in full is required. All 'hot deals' must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Change Policy
If you require to make changes to your holiday after it has been confirmed then we reserve to right
to charge you a $NZ 100 service fee. If you require to make multiple changes at the same time,
then only one service fee will apply. However, if you request additional changes
at a later time, then an additional $NZ 100 fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your Ski New Zealand holiday, the following cancellation policy will apply:
  • Booking cancelled 35 - days or more prior to the commencement of your holiday. Cancellation Fee: 10%
  • Booking cancelled 0 - 34 days or more prior to the commencement of your holiday. Cancellation Fee: 100%

Air Travel
Ski New Zealand package holidays deliberately do not include air fares as we find that customers can almost always get better deals by purchasing their fares directly from the airline companies, or by using their frequest flyer / airpoints credits.

Please ensure that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance for your holiday as during the winter months flights are often disrupted and additional costs may be incurred when re-arranging your holiday plans at short notice.

Lift Pass Sales

Payment Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.

Validity Policy
Passes are only valid for the 2010 ski season and only for the ski area stated on the pass. If you have purchased a Child or Youth pass, then proof of age may be requested.

Refund Policy
Once issued all ski passes issued by ski New Zealand are non-refundable and non-transferable. ie the name(s) of the person(s) redeeming the pass must be the same as the name(s) printed on the pass.

Redemption Policy
The nz|superpass can be used at ANY of the above ski fields (except Cardrona). However if your first day skiing is NOT at one of the main commercial fields (ie. Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, Treble Cone or Mt Hutt) you will first need to visit on eof the following locations to validate your(pass):

Delivery Policy
Passes will be dispatched to you via fast post / airmail as soon as your credit card payment is processed. This generally takes 2-3 business days, but can sometimes take up to 10 days. If you would like your passes to be couriered to you then an additional $25 service fee applies. Alternatively, if you are 'in transit' and would prefer to uplift your passes from a Ski New Zealand branch, please select this delivery option.
