Queenstown Copthorne Reviews
The room was clean and had everything we needed. I can't remember staying at a hotel
where the staff were more helpful. The breakfast was excellent, 2 for 1 cocktail
every night between 5 and 7pm. We thoroughly enjoyed Queenstown and the hotel capped
it. Highly recommended.
The room was clean and tidy and the staff did a great job everyday. Reception was
quick, pleasant and accommodating. Had a small lake view from my balcony but that
was just fine. Only a 6-minute walk to the town itself. Downhill going and up hill
coming back.
We booked a Lakeview room and were upgraded to a balcony suite! Definitely do yourself
a favour and pay a bit more to book a lake view. The service was great; we booked
all our activities free of charge through the guest relations desk without hassle.
The restaurant is lovely too with a fantastic menu and wine list.
