Heritage Heights Apartments Reviews
To die for views, fantastic service, roomy apartments that are warm and clean. Queenstown
centre is only a 5 min walk away with loads to do and lots of great restaurants.
Coronary Hill on the return walk does make you realise how unfit you are though!
What a great place to stay. We were two couples over 50. Warm, friendly greeting
by on-site Managers Karen and Warren who just couldn't do enough for us, helping
with activity bookings, restaurant and shopping advice. Our 2-bed apartment (both
with ensuite) was modern, clean and well furnished with all mod cons and stunning
views over Queenstown. Nestled into the side of a steep hill and reasonably located
to the village centre, it is not for the fainthearted if walking to and from town
- good for walking off those excess kilos after a great meal though! Saying that
it is still only a 5-minute walk. An afternoon drink on the balcony viewing the
snow capped mountains set the scene with what would eventually become a wonderful
two weeks in New Zealand's south island. Would certainly recommend this establishment.
The apartments were spotless, the views unsurpassed and totally amazing, even in
bad weather (which we unfortunately had) and the service from Karen and Warren was
far beyond anyone's expectations. I could not fault anything with Heritage Heights
and we will return again and again. The apartment had everything that we needed
and it was "very" warm, heating was not a problem at all. Of course the homemade
cookies on arrival were excellent! The conversations that we had with Karen and
Warren about everything from fishing to local knowledge were always warm and knowledgeable
and we were blown away by their hospitality. Loved it, we will be back.
