We had our first two nights here after landing from the UK and we couldn't have
asked for a better hotel. Check-in was smooth and our request for a high floor was
honoured. They were extremely helpful at reception. The room was a king, more space
than two people needed, with a great view over Christchurch. It was clean and quiet
with a most comfortable bed. The location was great away from the hussle and bustle
yet everything was on your doorstep.
This hotel is stated to be 4-star and it delivered that. Room I had was not large,
but was adequate and with contemporary furnishings. Very very clean - nothing negative
to say - well maybe the mirror in the bathroom could de-mist more quickly if I was
being very picky. Enjoyed the restaurant breakfasts - Would be good to have free
Internet access at the computers supplied by the hotel. Good to have parking provided.
